ORBI satellite RBS50 not responding,
My satellite RBS50 has stopped working it is powered up but there is no pulsing lights showing at the top of the satellite . I've tried to do a factory reset and it hasn't made and difference. The f...
If you hardwire it into your router and give it 5 minutes. Does it show up in the attached devices page then?

I've hardwired the router to the satellite as suggested and is showing as no connected device found. On the network map the dot next to the satellite is magenta and the device has a wifi symbol in red.
In the web GUI, under Attached Devices, you should see the satellite as offline, click on the button that says "disconnect" to forget the satellite and do the pairing again.

To resolve this issue please factory reset your RBS50 and your RBR50 then initiate the sync process.

Community TeamThank you fro your responses - I've tried all of the suggestions and nothing seems to want to bring the satellite back in working order. So I have bought a new orbi system and it's up and working for me now. Thank you for your help which is much appreciated, Paul
