Orbi Satellite RBS50 Pulsing White Forever

Hello.
Few months back I realized that my Orbi satellite was not connected, so I attempted a reset on both the router and satellite mutiple times, and now, the satellite keeps pulsing white, never connecting with the router. 

I've looked at all the other discussion, tried everything they have tried... still nothing.
Can't even reset the satellite. 
Just keeps blinking white.
Tried connecting via ethernet... nothing.

Need some help here, please.

    Can you do the following with the RBS:

    Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS by pressing the reset button in back for 15 seconds then release, wait about 5 minute. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. 


    Can you access the RBS web page at all? 

     

    Be sure RBR and RBS are using same version of FW...

      @FURRYe38 Thanks for the prompt reply!!!

      Already tried reseting the RBS. No good. Nothing happens. The white light keeps on pulsing.

      I can acess the router webpage. The RBS just stays flashing white.

        The RBS is probably bad and needs to be replaced. Open a support ticket with NG support and ask what your RMA options are.
