I understand that you are not able to sync your RBS50 to your RBR50. This can be caused by a difference in firmware between your RBR50 and your RBS50. Please ensure that the firmware that is installed on your RBR50 matches the firmware that is installed on your RBS50. A firmware update will need to be performed if there is a difference in firmware between your devices.
