Orbi Satellite RBW30 1 no connected devices

No connected devices to Orbi satellite.
I have 2 and only one has a ton of devices connected to it. Nothing on the other one

    How far apart are the satellites from each other and the router? 30ft mimimum is needed.

    How long has it been like this? 

    What firmware are you on for each device?

      How do I know about the firmware? Sorry I am not tech savvy

        Either the Orbi "app" or the Orbi web interface will show the firmware version on the Orbi.  (I prefer the web interface.)

        Open a web browser to http://orbilogin.net and the firmware level will be at the top right.  Then, open the Attach Devices display and the satellites will appear at the top.  open each of them, http://<ip of satellite>, and the Home Page of each will show the firmware release.

         

        Not to pry, but are there devices that are physically "close" to the satellite that you would expect to connect to it?

        If so, have you tried powering them off, wait a minute, and powering them back on?
