Orbi Satellite Setup

Very frustrating to log into orbilogin.com and keep getting asked for your product serial number then two secret questions. Current password and log in are given then keeps going back to ask for serial number and again two questions then gives user name and password. Again asked for serial number. One would have thought such an expensive productvwould at least get that right?????
