Do you have a wireless speaker system? If so, turn it off and reset the RBS and remove it from the RBRs web page. Then resync it.
Be sure to clear out all browser caches as well.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
Try a factory reset on the RBR then setup from scratch.

My Router Firmware Version: V2.3.5.30
I just did a full reset of the RBR and this time it recognized the Satellite seemlesly but it's still brodcasting "Living Room speaker.o" "No internet / Open". I just tried to re-sync the satellite and still the same result. I made sure to "forget" the Wi-Fi just to be sure it wasn't cached. Still the same issue.

Ok I found the culprit. I followed the steps you suggested and I unplugged the three wireless speakers. Re-synced the satellite and still found the "Living Room speaker.o". Terribly frustrated at this point my wife asks me, "Did you unplug the Google Home device"? Which I don't use or even remember "obviously" unplugged it and re-synced the satellite once again and "Living Room speaker.o" has disappeared. Google home seem to only want to work with Google Nest Wi-fi and I may just leave it unplugged. On to the next level of security. Thanks for your help! On to the next fire...HTTPS.
