Orbi Satellite won't connect after power outage
Every time the power goes out, the satellite wont reconnect with base. I have even plugged it in next to the router (litterally 1 inch away) still wont sync. Then after a few days of trying to rest...
I'm having a similar issue and have done the full factory reset but it only lasts for a short period of time (maybe a day or two). I'm starting to wonder if power outages fried something.
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Is the Orbi system operating in Router or AP mode?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Is Beamforming, WMM and Daisy chain enabled or disabled?
