Orbi Satellite

I have the nighthawk x8.  It's good, but not great.  I still have a couple of problem spots, which drives me bonkers.

I am hardwired throughout the house, but that doesn't help with Wifi.  

I was looking at the Orbi pictures and specifications but can't tell if the satellite can be plugged into Ethernet and instead of being a relay become a really good WAP.

Anyone with inside knowledge of this?
