Orbi Satellite
I’ve returned a faulty Orbi satellite and its been received at the faculty as per my parcel tracking although the site hasn’t been updated. It’s been about a week. I get the below status. Customer support says that my replacement has been “exported” to me but this has always stated this. Even before I shipped my faulty product back. Am I to believe that my replacement has been shipped?
