Orbi Satellite

I had an Orbi Satellite die and I want to remove it from my Orbi App Map. Is there a way to do this?

    You can log in through the browser and under that attached devices page, click on "disconnect" by it.

    Hi RGK30,

     

    I understand that you have an Orbi satellite that is no longer in use and you would like to remove it from your Orbi App Map.

     

    I have included steps below that will assist you in removing your Orbi satellite from your App Map:

     

    1. Launch the Orbi app.
    2. Navigate to the app Device Manager tile.
    3. Select an offline device.
    4. Tap Delete This Device.
