Orbi satellites [RBS50] dropping connection
Dear Netgear. I have one Orbi router [RBR50] and 2 Orbi satellites [RBS50] in a Daisey chain. The backhaul status is always 'good' in the settings. Every few days the connection to satellites s...
Sadly it's just happened again on the latest firmware. It seems to be the first satellite in the daisey chain that's dropping. Not sure if it's in my head of coincidence but it seems to happen more often when it's raining.
What happens if you swap RBS around in the chain?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since the FW update?
Trying that now. Will let you know how I get on.

No joy. I find that it's okay on 5ghz backhaul but problems happen when it moves to 2.4Ghz backhaul. Strange thing is that on 5Ghz backhaul has good connection so dont know whn it falls back to 2.4ghz in the first place.
Also tried using as an AP but still has the same problem with satalite dropping when the backhaul is 2.4Ghz.
Not sure what to try next?
