Hi. I run Orbi netowks at home. I have one router and three satellites. One of them is only necessary to feed my main cpu with a wired link. Seems the wifi-signal coming from this satellite disrupts ...
Short answer, no. No capability to turn off radios.
The recommended distance between sat's/routers is at least 30'. What are yours?
Have you tried reducing power?
