Orbi Says My iMac Is Not Connected to The Network, But It Is
I am running a network with RB20 satellite and router. When I try to log into the Orbi Admin page, I get a web page that says I'm not connected to my Orbi Network, but I obviously am. My Mode...

Another update:
So ATT restored the connection.
Then, they manually went in on their end and disabled the WiFi radio signals. So now the ATT modem/router is no longer broadcasting a WiFi signal, effectively making it a modem only.
The rep explained that the user tools are much less sophisticated, which is why they were able to do it on their end.
Thanks so much for your help! It got me close, then calling in to ATT helped finish the job.
By the way, now that I no longer have a Double NAT situation, what kind of improvements can I expect to see?

Disconnect the RBR from the modem, change the IP address to 192.168.0.1 then apply and reboot. AFter that, check your Mac for 192. address, if good connect the RBR back to the modem.
Also use the DMZ or IP passthru feature on the modem for the RBRs IP address its give from the modem to the RBRs WAN port. Look at the modems connected clients page to see what IP address appears for the RBRs WAN port. Input this IP address into the DMZ or IP Pass thru on the modems web page.

If I disconnect RBR from modem I won't have internet connection.
My iMac's IP is xxx.07, so no conflict. The router is showing as 10.0.0.1
I'm reluctant to go back into ATT modem settings since that's what bricked me yesterday/.
Maybe I'll call up ATT and have them do it.
Current;y, I am in Passthrough mode, at least according to the settings I see on ATT Gateway page. And what the reps confiremed tyesterday.

Thats fine, you'll get internet services back after you make the change on the RBR to 192.168.0.1 then reconnect the modem afterwards.
Your not making any changes on the modem aside addin the IP address given to the RBR from the modem into the modems DMZ. If you need help on this, ask the ISP for help on this. They will know.

But to make the changes to the Orbi, I need internet access. Right? How else can I access the Orbi admin page to change the IP in LAN?

No. Correct routers web page IP is on the LAN not WAN.
If you can't seem to connect to the Orbi web page, factory reset the RBR and setup the RBR from scratch using 192.168.1.1 with a wired connected PC and web browser, after the RBR is ready, walk thru the setup wizard first. Once your at the home page, go in and change the RBRs IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1, save and apply and the RBR will reboot, connect the RBR to the modem at this point.

Thanks. You've been supre helpful.
I'df love to avoid a factory reset. After all, I am connected, and everything is working.
Can I just change the Orbi IP LAN to 192.168.0.1 now, before doing anything else? Will that work?

Yes, if you can access the RBRs web page, you can change that.

Thanks. So, just to cinfirm:
1) Login to Orbi admin page and change the IP to 192.168.0.1.
2) Orbi will re-boot.
3) Then go through set-up wizard.
4) I can try to change settings on the ATT modem.
ALso, on ATT Gateway page, this is the IPv4 number, which is also how I access that page:
Device IPv4 Address
192.168.1.254 I am currently in Passthrough mode.
Also, is there any security risk in posting these numbers in a public forum?

Thanks.
Regarding the IPv4 device address, you wrote: "If this is the IP address that is given to the RBR then yes, this goes into the IP pass thru configuration on the modem."
Do you mean I should enter that number somewhere on the ATT Gateway page? Like I said, I'd prefer not to mess with the ATT modem side of things if I don't have to.

Do avoid any double NAT issues, you need to use the DMZ or IP pass thru feature on the modem for the RBR. So what ever the RBR is getting from the modem, check the RBRs Advanced Tab page/Internet section to see the IP address given to the RBR from the modem. Use this IP address to input into the IP pass thru feature on the modem.

Thanks!!
So I changed the RBR IP to 192.168.0.1 on the Orbi admin page.
It immediately re-booted, prompted me to sign back in, and then started back up.
All good.
Now, on the Orbin admin page (and Orbi app), I see that all my connected devices have IP addresses that begin 192.168. I assume that is a good sign?
I also now see my HomePod mini that I was not able to see before. Bonus.
At this point, why should I do the Setup wizard again? It seems all is OK.
Also, as far as making ATT modem adjustments, I'm not sure where I would make changes, or what they woiuld be.
The attached image is from the Firewall--IP Passthrough settings page.
