ORBI Set-up - Not connecting to Internet

Hi.

I just acquired the ORBI RBK53 and am triying setting it up connecting to my existing modem.

This modem was earlier connected with my Netgear R7000 router and wifi was working fine.

All the setup routines using my mobile phone & the Orbi App are all working fine BUT at the end of it all - i find that i am offline & not connected to the internet.

Can someone help please!

      Hi. Thanks for the response. I dont really know what type of modem is provided by the ISP - other than its a Motorola.

      But I did speak to the ISP guys and they suggested a resetting of the MAC address. Let me check & report once that is done.
