Orbi settings for nest protect

What computer OS do you use, Windows or Mac?
If you use Windows, just open the Command Prompt and type the following:
> telnet 192.168.1.1 (or use the IP address of Orbi)
If you don't want to telnet, you can turn down the 5GHz power to 25%. In Advanced > Wireless settings.
I don't see how to change the percentage.
