Can you try different Ethernet cables between PS4 and Router?
Also, look closely at the actual Ethernet jacks on the PS4 and Router. Do all 8 tiny gold wires inside the jack look correct?
Is there any other 'wired' device that can be connected? (laptop? desktop?)
