Orbi stopped working after the "update"

I have had this product for 30 days and they killed it overnight with their "update".    No responce to a "support ticket" in 4 hours.    They can **bleep** themselves.

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    Try a full factory reset and setup from scratch. Walk thru the set wizard.
