Orbi Support

Can anyone guide me how to get support from Netgear?  I've raised 7 support cases regarding Orbi.  All of them have been "Closed due to Inactivity" by Netgear.

 

I've also tried chat and phone but get no response.

 

How do I get Netgear to do some activity, rather than simply close my support cases?
