Orbi to guest house
We have a 2200 sq ft. home, single story, basic rectangle. Current Internet/wifi is cable modem/router from Grande communications. We are considering a mesh wifi set up. Our issue is that we have an 1100 sq ft., 2 story guest house approximately 150 ft. from our main house. Burying ethernet cable is not an option as we are pretty much on solid limestone. Is there an Orbi solution that will work for us?

What you need is a wireless point-to-point link between the houses. Such a device has directional antennas and is desingned to maintan a stable connection between two points Orbi isn't desinged to do this. That said, you might get some signal in the guest house, but I wouldn't expect very good results.

Would the outdoor satellite not help?

The outdoor satellite might increase the signal at the other house by a small amount. However, it's still not designed to do what you want. A single RBS50Y would also cost more than 2X the price of a pair of wirless point-to-point links.
