ORBI USB 2.0 port

I like the idea that NetGear is producing all this great stuff.  But, really, USB 2.0 ?  USB 3 and 3.1 have been out for a while now and I am very surprised that NetGear hasn't included that for their orbi gear.  I currently have a R7000 NightHawk router with a USB 3 port. So I am a little confused as to why it wasn't used with the orbi. Think I will wait and see if Netgear corrects that.

    just to let you know the usb 2 port on the orbi at the present time also does nothing :)

     

    not sure whats planned for it in the future
