Orbi USB port & device charging?
Do the USB ports on Orbi routers and/or satellite units emit enough current to charge unrelated devices, such as auxiliary batteries with micro USB inputs? Or even phones?
Is the USB output current or published anywhere?
Thank you for your attention.

i charge my mobile phone with it all the time without issue , the usb port is at this stage useless for anything else so might as well make use of it to charge my phone lol

USB ports are standard at 5v dc and most only are good for 500ma max ( usb v3.0 can go higher to 1a, IIRR )

- LittleAngusAspirantOkay, good. I am glad to learn that connecting to the USB port apparently doesn't interfere with the network's operation.
- LittleAngusAspirantAnd thank you both.
