Orbi v2.7.0.70 + NTP Issues

Having nothing but issues with parental control time zones on v2.7.0.70.  Orbi router its set to -8 using time.google.com and displays the correct time, but any parental control time policy appears to be enforced in GMT.   I've timeshifted most policies (bedtime will not work), but any idea on how to fix?

    Oh, my.  This sounds like a topic that people who follow the community forum for Parental Controls would be more aware of than most of us.  https://community.netgear.com/t5/Circle-Smart-Parental-Controls/bd-p/en-home-circle 

     

    I have heard that 2.7.0.70 offers Netgear's own version of Parental Controls.  Are you using that, or Disney Circle?
