Orbi voice can’t connect to ring doorbell
I have a Ring Pro doorbell with an Amazon Echo. The router signal was weak so I replaced it with an Orbi and an Orbi voice. My iPhone now says the Ring is online so the signal has improved.
However, the Orbi voice does not chime when the doorbell is rung. The Orbi voice doesn’t seem to recognize the ring doorbell. I don’t think my Echo chimes either but it is in another room.
I have the ring and Orbi apps on my phone. Both don’t seem to find the ring doorbell. I have a chime pro which I just plugged in but this can’t be found either.
I have gone to “skills” but this hasn’t been helpful. I heard that Orbi voice does not do everything Alexa does. Is this one of them? Is there an update that corrects this?

- Ditto. The orbi voice is awesome and loud and I want to use it to alert me to someone at my front door via ring.
I also can't get my Orbi satellite to connect to my Ring doorbell.
it isn't a first party device so it doesn't get the deep integrations.
