Orbi Voice does not join Multiroom Echo Speaker Group

Question

I noted an old post that is now closed, but after over a year, I still cannot join the unit to a group for playing music. I think the lack of playing music on this unit along with the others around the holiday season limits the potential for this product. If there is a soluiton, I welcome direction. I have updated with the latest firmware on Orbi Voice and RBK50 by hand to the latest which is posted on the web site.

Thanks to the previous poster who put me out of my misery of trying over and over for four hours.
