Orbi voice not playing Spotify but saying it is

My Orbi voice (rbs40v) is working and connected to all apps and Amazon. While asking via voice to play music (Alexa play Spotify) it approves the request (playing Spotify) but nothing happens. I can ...

Orbi Voice RBS40V says it is playing Spotify, but won't. I've got Amazon Echos on my network as well and they have no issues. Firmware says it is update as of today...on version:

V2.6.2.8

 

Please provide instructions to fix this.
