Orbi voice RBS40V satellite not pairing only pulsing white

I’m having the same problem. I also tried to reset, but it goes magenta to orange for a while then flashes blue and white, then it goes to flashing white which does not go solid. I’ve tried a few times, resetting my modem and Orbi router. If it does connect it tells me to go to Nighthawk. I don’t want nighthawk, I want the Orbi set up. Why is it so hard? And why isn’t there any good videos to show set up for Orbi voice add on satellite? If there’s this issue, why not fix? Please help. It’s been really frustrating. Thanks.
I was not able to resolve through the forum or support so I returned it for a refund. I think their is a firmware issue. I replaced it with TP-Link Deco X60 WiFi 6 AX3000 Whole-Home Mesh Wi-Fi System, 3-Pack which has worked well for me.
