Orbi Voice Satellite Alexa option not shown in connection process
I spent from 10:30am until now 6:00pm trying to solve this and it is ridiculous. I have read all of the instructions , similar community board posts, and spoke to customer service (which ultimately hung up on me after a 10 min hold and running the install twice) and there’s no resolution.
I ensured it starts off in Orbi Mode. Run through the set up satellite option on the orbi app and once it says satellite 1of1 found it takes me to the menu and it only shows it as a satellite. At this point it doesn’t allow me a step to register my amazon account or add it from the app.
I feel I have done all of the resets for the orbi modem and the orbi voice and I’m not sure if the app is no longer supporting this set up but I’m upset at the fact I can’t use all the functions of my purchase. I would like to see if an exchange would change something but if it’s the same firmware and set up process I’m not sure if Alexa even works now . I’m lost at what to do.
