Orbi Voice Satellite Inconsistently Connected

I have an Orbi RBR50 that works fine.  I also have 2 satellites, an RBS50 (works fine) and an RBS40V (the problem child).  If I am in the Orbi Android application, I am shown 1 satellite online and the other offline (the RBS40V).  If I go to the web, I am shown both satellites are online.  I don't see anything connected to the device in the Android app, but if I connect directly to the RBS40V it shows online and multiple devices connected to it (all Orbis are hardwired).  I also don't see anything connected when viewing 'Attached Devices' from the RBR50 (router).

 

What gives?  Is it online or not?  Are things connected or not?

 

NOTE: All devices are on the latest firmware.

    Can you post screen captures of what your seeing on the RBRs and RBS40v web pages and what Orbi app is displaying?

     

    What happens if you turn OFF the RBS50 and leave the RBS40v ON?
