Orbi Voice unable to control volume or tone controls

I have an Orbi Voice set-up.  All works well except the ability to control the volume or tone setting on the Sattelite Speaker.  I have the device set up to use Amazon Alexa and it works fine, except...

I'm having the same issue. I can't control the volume using the slider or my voice. The Alexa app doesn't even have a volume option like all my other Alexa devices.

    Did you try the workaround/fix from earlier in the thread? 

     

    Kind of shocking Netgear is ignorning this.
