Orbi Voice using Alexa timer/alarm doesn't go off

On my Orbi voice it will not announce my reminders that I have set but did announce them until about 2 weeks ago. The prompt for the reminder displays on my IPhone and makes a sound but nothing from my Orbi voice satellite.
Until recently I could set an alarm or timer, now Alexa acknowledges the alarm or timer is set. She also tells me how much time is left upon request, but when the time comes there is no alarm or timer notification. I can set it up on my Kindle where it does work, so the issue is connected to Orbi. Please advise.
