Orbi Voice

My Orbi voice has started looping back and repeating itself when listening to some radio stations (BBC Sounds, RadioPlayer,Simpleradio etc). It doesn’t seem to have issues with Spotify and tunein. I bought the Orbi voice back in June and it worked perfectly for a few months so I am assuming it’s an update issue? Hoping that somebody can help me as I’m not very technically knowledgeable.

    Please provide the firmware version of the Orbi Voice Satellite. 

    Kindly turn off and on the Orbi Voice Satellite and check if it fixes the issue. 

    What is the model number of the base router?
