Orbi Vpn
Do the orbi Comes with its own Built-in VPN if so how to enable it on my router and also is the vpn service is free?

Orbi can work as VPN Server, that is you can connect to your Orbi at home from any where so that you can access all your home devices remotely.
You can use OpenVPN client on your mobile devices or computer.
The service is free.
You need to have DDNS (Dynamic DNS) activated as prerequisite for VPN to work.
