Orbi Warranty Status Inaccurate

It seems that the most effective process to deal with issues like this is to send a private message to one of the system moderators by clicking on their screen name, such as Blanca_O Netgear prefers that customers not disclose personal information on the public forum.
I am a little puzzled.
- I dialed the 800 number shown on that label and got "Sorry. The toll free number is unassigned.", and
- The label spells "Service Centre", which is not a typical US English spelling.
Some vendors (such as Costco) extend the manufacturer's warranty on electronics, but that is a vendor warranty not a Netgear warranty.
