ORBI wi fi 2.4 ghz / 5ghz

Hello, My security cams and smart plugs only work on 2.4 ghz. My orbi wi fi says on my smart phone transmitting on  5ghz.. How can I get to transmit on 2.4 to pick up my cams and smart plugs thx

    The Orbi transmits on both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz.  Your security cams will use the 2.4 band and your phone will use the 5ghz band - there is no problem with my phone connecting to devices on the lower band through the Orbi.
