Orbi WiFi - Poor wireless speeds

Just setup my new Orbi Wifi System. I have AT&T Uverse with Gigapower to the house. The residential gateway for Uverse is the Pace 5268AC. I have disabled the wireless on the router and set the router to pass through the Orbi via DMZ + so the Orbi acts as a router with a public address.  My issue is when I connect to it via wireless I have extremly slow down and upload speeds. I have tested multiple devices and all have the same issue. If I patch my laptop directly into the Orbi Router I am able to get 300+ down and 800+ up. When connected wirelessly I am only getting 20 down and 40ish up.

Anyone have this issue and have any information that might be useful.
