orbi wifi app logged me out - security numbers old
I went on holiday so powdered off all un-nessesary devices. The app logged me out as well when i tried to log in it accepted my password but gave two options for security that i no longer have? ive logge onto my netgear account on my laptop but cant even find anything with this old email and phone number? so how could this be happening? considering a hard reset this thing is giving me the irrites... Thanks if you got this far...

I would do the Factory Reset. My preference is to set up WiFi routers using a computer wired to the router and the web interface rather than the "app". (I understand this is not practical for everybody.)
