I am Vodafone but my wife is EE so I don’t think it’s anything to do with that

    My sad old phone does not support WiFi calling, so have no personal experience.

    It would seem the two things in common are (a) Orbi WiFi, and (b) iPhone.  Maybe a search in the iPhone direction?
