I got my unit for about 2 years then it dropped signals every 10 minutes. Tech support cost $79 for 6 months if the unit failed again, I have to pay another $79 or high cost for tech support again.
The high cost for Tech support is really unreasonable. It gives the company no responsibility to provide a high quality product but keep trapping people to pay for the product or the Customers services that the Company supposed to provide.
