Orbi WiFi speed slow

Hello, I have the Orbi RBR10 and it seems to be putting out incredibly slow speeds. The speed tests come in anywhere from 5mb to 25mb download, when we pay for 100mb. When I test with Ethernet we get closer to 80mb so it seems to be the wifi. I have attempted to factory reset and manually change channels but still nothing works. I also have updated the firmware and tried different devices both close and far from the router.

    Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!

     

    I understand that your RBR10 is outputting slower wireless speeds than expected on your network. This can be due to signal interference from another router with Wi-Fi capabilities. If your ISP router is also emitting a Wi-Fi signal change it to "modem-only" or change your RBR10 to AP mode (Access point mode). 

     

    To change your RBR10 to AP mode please follow the instructions below:

    • Navigate to Orbilogin.com
    • ADVANCED
    • Advanced Setup
    • Router/AP Mode
    • Select AP Mode

    Please ensure the firmware loaded on your RBR10 is firmware version 2.7.4.24.
