Orbi WiFi Speed

Hello,

I had new internet service installed today (300 Down / 20 Up).  Speed tests from the Orbi app and hardwired to the router show great speeds.  However, when I run any kind of speed test when connected to WiFi, the best download speed I can get is 13MB.  This is from broth iPhones and laptops.  Both Beamforming and Mu-MIMO are enabled. 

 

Not sure if there is a problem with a setting or if this is related to a firmware issue.  Current firmware is 2.1.2.18.

 

Any help is appreciated.

    I was able to resolve the problem on my own. 

     

    ADVANCED -> ADVANCED SETUP -> Enable WMM

     

    Somehow multimedia settings enable more bandwidth?

      WMM is enabled by default.

      You should not disable WMM.

    I have 1000mbps .

    And i don't have any issue.

    280mbps iphone se

    590mbps macbook air.

    Have you tried to remove all device from the wifi and then connect just 1 device and test the speed? it could be some older wifi device slowing the network down.
