Hello, I have been using Orbi for quite a while. When using a wired network and based on my Internet link I am able to get a great download speed (230Mbps) however when I connect using my iPhone ...

Hi, thanks for your answer. I tested two iphones and 2 android tablets and they all can only do between 6 to 10 Mbps, while a wired connection can do up to 220Mbps.

Hello jcalarcon01
Try to disable the 20/40 MHz or enable mumimo or both on or off.

Hello, thanks for the suggestion, I tried to disable both and enable both.
When both are disabled the speedtest shows a slight improvement to 14 Mbps, but still not what I would expect.
When both are enabled speedtest shows 7 Mbps.
I also noticed that a dropcam and a nest thermostat keep being disconnected, even though the devices are a few feet away from the router. I am thinking that the router may have some sort of failure.
What do you suggest would be the next step? Thanks for your help on this matter.

Hi
After weeks of failed tests and troubleshooting, I got a new set of ORBI router + satellite. This solved the issue I was having. Ticket is closed now. Now the replacement router got it's latest firmware upgrade 2.0.0.74 and the problem is back. At this point I believe it was always an issue with the 2.0.0.x firmware that is buggy and unstable. I would like to downgrade the firmware to the previous version but I don't have access to those files. Is there a way you can help me to gain access to the support ticket again? (29031017) or allow me to contact support again?
Thanks
Juan Carlos
