Orbi will not broadcast Wifi after restart

In addition to dropped Wifi signals, my Orbi router will not broadcast wifi after a restart.  However, devices that are connected to the router and the satellites via Cat6 cable works.  I have to manually reset the router for the wifi to broadcast which is getting very annoying.  Anybody have a solution to this?  I am on firmware V2.1.1.16.

I am really hating Orbi...  A very expensive mistake...
