How do it get this thing to workWhen an Orbi is brand new (or "Reset to Factory") the WiFi name (ORBI33) and password match what is printed on the product label.
During the setup process, users have the opportunity to change the WiFi name and password. (I, personally, set each new WiFi router to the same SSID/password as the router that is being replaced so that (1) none of my WiFi devices have to be reconfigured, and (2) if I decide to "go back", I can simply unplug the new router and plug the old one back in and devices will automatically connect to it.)
It sounds like this Orbi has not be configured, so the solution should be on the product label.
