Orbi with ATT Fiber

I have 1Gbps and my Orbi got 500 Mbps almost always. After Hurricane Irma I woke up after a power outage and can now only get exactly 93Mbps whether using Orbi or Ookla speed test. Had ATT replace router and connected directly to 5G off router I can get 500Mbps, but still only 93Mbps on any Orbi in the house.
