Orbi with Blink
My Blink module stopped contecting to my Orbi for some reason. I was told by Blink support that it doesn't connect on 5g. Is there a way to make it connect to the Orbi 2.4 g band?

If the Blink module has been connected for some time and no longer is connected, I suspect an issue with the Blink. (Maybe the power is off? Maybe it needs to be reset?)
Blink support is correct that their Blink module has only a 2.4G radio chip in it. It cannot connect to anything else. (Not bluetooth. Not 5G WiFi. Not AM/FM radio. Not TV broadcasts. Not cell towers. Only 2.4G WiFi.) Orbi provides both 2.4G and 5G WiFi.
Google search turns up a number of hits for "Blink and Netgear Orbi".
The key question is: Did it ever work?
