Orbi with Circle Endless Loop for My Circle home page

Question

For some reason, MyCircle is on an infinite loop. It doesn't matter, which user, which device, or which browser. It happens for everyone. I've rebooted my router and made sure that I had the latest firmware. Anyone have any ideas?

Router: RBK50

Router Firmware Version: V2.5.2.4

Circle Parental Control Info

Agent version: 2.1.8.9

APP Database version: 1.3.1

I should also note that this issue started occurring (to the best of my knowledge) when I upgraded to the paid version.
