Cool, thanks for the confirmation.

I am planning on getting a 8-port TP-Link Gigabit Ethernet switch.

I would try a NG GS108 or D-Link DGS-108 switch.

So, finally completed the wired backhaul stuff.
I now have RBR50 connected to a TP-Link 8-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. And the satellites (RBS50 and 2 x RBS20) are connnected to the switch. Coverage is good now with the additional satellites.
Yes, as brought multiple times already in different posts, I wish Netgear would incorporate the following features into Orbi:
1) Separate SSIDs for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz
2) Some mechanism in which Orbi can force a client to connect to a specific satellite.
I mention #1 because sometimes my Hall TV connects to a far away satellite on 2.4GHz instead of the nearby satellite - which is jsut a few feet away. Resetting the wireless connection on the TV - it connects back on 5GHz to the nearest satellite. This does not happen too often, so, it is fine.
Anyway, thanks for the inputs.

#1 For unknown reasons, the design of some MESH systems don't support separate SSIDs. I presume this maybe a choice that NG doesn't want to mess up as this seems to cause some problems for the system and something over all works with Orbi systems. The system is intricate enough and can be problematic than to add additional problems to the system. Most of the IoT problems seen are IoT mfr caused and not NG caused. Thus NG doesn't officially support separation of SSID on wifi MESH systems.
#2 It's up to wireless devices to pick and choose where they connect too so we can't force where they connect too.
Glad its working now.
Enjoy.:smileywink:
