ORBI
My orbi is saying that it is connected but when I go into the orbi app or try to login in under the net hear it is saying that is is not found or connected.

Is the orbi system working and funtioning?
Try removing then re-adding the app to your device.
There mabe an app issue. Something you might contact NG support about.
