Orbi

I am having major issues with this system. Getting 400 Mbps coming in and at the router but the Orbi is only putting out 50-60 Mbps. Tried everything from resetting to cables and it does have to last update on firmware. I think that is where everything went wrong. Can someone help since Netgear doesn’t?

    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

    If you updated FW, do a full reset on the Orbi router and set it up from scratch, don't configure QoS, Traffic meter or Access Controls. Just do a quick speed test with a ethernet wired PC connected to the router.
