I bought orbi rbk23 this afternoon. Why it Always said no internet access when I set up with orbi-app?

    What Firmware is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?

     

    Setup the Orbi system with a wired LAN cable connection and PC with a web browser.
